Orders generally ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days, but during promotional periods, delivery times may be longer. Shipping times are generally between 2 and 5 days.

As our products are intended for personal use, we do not accept returns for health and safety reasons.

We are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase another item, please place a new order on our online store. We will be happy to refund the shipping costs for a replacement item. Please inform us once you have placed a new order so that we can process the refund.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method (via Mastercard, Visa, Amex, PayPal), once the order has been inspected.
